Liability of persons controlling business entities - in the bankruptcy of organizations

In today's environment, bankruptcy of legal entities is an extremely common legal practice. It is important to understand that economic conditions in recent years have catalyzed the problems of financial order. Initiation of bankruptcy procedure has a positive dynamics, which is determined by the statistics of this phenomenon.
