About the author
Dale Maharidge is the author of ten books, including, Bringing Mulligan Home: The Other Side of the Good War. He won the Pulitzer Prize in 1990, has been a Nieman Fellow at Harvard and held residencies at Yaddo and MacDowell colonies. He teaches at Columbia Journalisn School and lives in New York and Northern California.
