This paper summarizes scientific knowledge on the rationale for human motor activity. A sedentary lifestyle (insufficient physical activity), improper diet, excess information and nervous-emotional overexertion have drastically changed the environment of modern man, which has had a negative impact on his health. It is known that physical activity is the most reliable way to preserve and maintain health and ability to work at the proper level for many years. Born on 21.06.1969 in the Republic of Belarus. Minsk region, Luban district, v. Candidate for Master of Sports in Race Walking and Cross Country Skiing. Member of the BSSR national team in 1986-1989 and prize winner of numerous republican competitions. Silver medalist of the EUROPEAN CUP NW. In 1991 she graduated with honors from the Belarusian State Physical Education and Sport Institute. Senior lecturer at BSU Faculty of Physical Education and Sport.
