The study was conducted at Livestock Farm, Department of Livestock Production and Management, Veterinary College and Research Institute, Namakkal in 24 weaned rabbits each in White Giant and Soviet Chinchilla consisting of four treatment groups having six animals in each group namely control (T1), provision of cool drinking water (T2), electrolyte supplementation (T3) and water spraying (T4) in order to record the physiological responses, hematology and blood biochemical profile and to compare the influence of different heat ameliorative measures on growth rate. Various physiological parameters were studied and interpreted. Hematology and biochemistry profile were analyzed and tabulated. Productive performance on rabbits were statistically analyzed.
