Achieving a Pan American Union is one of our greatest dreams. Luis was born in Argentina, has lived in Mexico for most of his life (he lives in Mexico) and did his doctorate in Canada during the transition to this new millennium. He knows and has been present in the Americas from north to south. Luis' wife (Gloria Velia) is for him like his little piece of Mexico that is always close to his heart. Certainly, from Luis' point of view, the Pan American Union is something tangible that makes sense and that he feels in the deepest part of his being. Where is it really from? Well, he considers it to be Argenmex. Argentine by destiny and birth and Mexican by decision and commitment. The creation of the Pan American Union working with the mechanisms outlined in this book, including the creation of a parallel currency called the Pan American Dollar (PAD), will bring an enormous opportunity to bring the participating countries of the Pan American Union into the twenty-first century.
