Theoretical and practical aspects of housing development

Development of housing and communal services and their infrastructure directly affects the vital interests of the entire population and therefore should be included among the priority tasks of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The urgency of the problem is to create necessary conditions for competitiveness of small and medium enterprises and households, to eliminate monopolization of state bodies, to improve the legislative base, financial support and improvement of prices and tariffs for products and services of this sphere.

About the author

In 2001 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and received a master's degree. Until 2009 he worked in the Ecology Department of SOCAR. In 2009 he started his work in Azerigas Production Association, a subdivision of SOCAR. He worked as the Head of the Mechanical and Energy Department and as the Deputy General Director of Azerigaz PA for Occupational Safety and Health.
