Thrombophilia as a hypercoagulable state is a major problem in modern medicine. Thrombophiliac conditions are a frequent cause of hospital admissions and fatal exacerbations in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), predominantly affecting the cardiovascular system. The book is devoted to the analysis of nosological, phenotypic determinants of the development of these conditions in patients with COPD. The book presents its own pathomorphological and clinical data substantiating high thrombophilic risks in this category of patients. Abduganieva Elnora Abralovna (PhD, MD) est pneumologue, chercheur principal au Centre de phthisiologie et de pneumologie du RSNPM d'Ouzbékistan. Elle participe et reçoit des subventions de l'European Respiratory Society. Secrétaire exécutif de la revue scientifique "Bulletin of the Association of Pulmonologists of Central Asia". Elle est l'auteur de plus de 50 publications.
