The purpose of this research is to use the Rifian tale as a didactic support in the teaching of FLE at the primary level. Why did I choose this subject? for several reasons:1st reason: As a teacher in the three cycles, primary, college and qualifying, for more than 30 years, I have always noticed that the tales and the stories attract the pupils in a remarkable way. The idea of choosing the Rifian tale is a relevant strategy to encourage the student to participate in the process of research and collection of tales in his environment. Reason 2: The use of the Rifian tale as a teaching aid is not limited to the classroom, but will also be used outside of school for the benefit of girls and boys who do not attend school. A textbook containing cultural components of the learners may be of interest to families as well. The objective is to make it easier for adults and children, boys and girls, to learn a foreign language (FLE).
