The purpose of this research, structured in three parts, was to assess the current (sectoral) waste governance model in Touba Mosquée, to the detriment of a holistic approach. The absence of an institutional framework, legislative texts, and organizational form, framing waste management and the actors involved, is first of all an observation, which we translated into a pretext to engage in this research work. In this work, we have chosen a hybrid methodology, combining the classical steps of a research, and new technologies. For a better understanding of certain concepts, we think to summon the socio-anthropological side of human behavior on waste governance. Hence this cross-look through certain disciplines such as sociology, medicine, philosophy...
