The solar irrigation system allows efficient irrigation of the crop and implies a water saving of more than 100% with respect to the exclusive use of traditional irrigation systems whose demand throughout the crop cycle allows us to infer an average consumption of 7.93 m3/ha, We can also conclude that irrigation by solarization is very efficient, simple and economical, characterizing an optimal irrigation technology for crop production under the rainfed production regime, leading to an increase in production and reducing the demand for irrigation water to a minimum level of requirement per hectare with 95% and 99% probability.
