Ark Redwoodis head gardener at one of the most sacred places in England – Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury. He has pursued a lifelong study of Zen Buddhism and follows the teachings of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Ark regularly attends mindfulness retreats and has written widely on mindfulness, gardening and their synergy
