About the author

Becky is a children's book editor, and sometimes author, from the South West of England. Her favourite things are animals, books about magic, and anything sparkly. In a parallel universe she lives in Hawaii, where she works in a dog sanctuary and surfs until the sun sets beyond the horizon.Amelia Best studied illustration in sunny Bournemouth, specialising in children's book illustration before working full time as a designer and animator. She now resides in the New Forest, where she enjoys walking, cycling and cooking. She loves collecting books, wearing funky clothes, house plants, and most of all, her dog, Murphy.
