About the author










Lauren Kukla is a freelance author and poet who loves writing for kids. She has written many books for young readers. She lives with her husband and kids in Minnesota. She is the cofounder and creative director of littledigital.org. You can find her poetry on Instagram and TikTok as @NorthCountryPoet.

Nadia Gunawan is an illustrator based in Indonesia with a passion for storytelling. She has been drawing for as long as she can remember, spending most of her years growing up doodling on textbook margins and exploring different mediums.
