The purpose of this legal work is to provide a propaedeutic formation of the Law in Colombia, as a preparation for its learning and thus to obtain the knowledge in the field of legal knowledge of our Law as a science, necessary to correctly develop the competences of the professionals of the legal profession, which guarantee the preservation and improvement of the legal order of our country, as well as the correct administration of justice; The imports of legal positivism and sociological positivism, adopted by the Court as epistemological theories that inform the Colombian Law, are implying a transculturation in what concerns the Law as a cultural object, incurring the rulings of the Court in contradictions and ambiguities from the point of view of formal logic, which ultimately generate injustice, legal insecurity and immorality in our nation.
