Summary
In this aesthetically delicious book about hard apple beer, award-winning beverage journalist Beth Demmon invites lovers of beer to connect familiar flavors with the fastest growing and best gluten free beer alternative on earth: cider.
Foreword
As a longtime freelance journalist in the alcohol beverage space, Beth has myriad connections with different publications, writers, and industry professionals that she can easily connect with for support and exposure. She will also tap into her community resources to host in-person events to promote the book, as well as across social media, other digital channels, and trade conferences such as CiderCon and the Craft Brewers Conference. Additionally, she will contact all cideries mentioned in the book to ask that they stock copies with their merchandise, as well as hospitality-focused brick-and-mortars, such as Collins & Coupe, Bottlecraft, and more.
Considering the comparatively more established cider scene in Europe vs. the United States, Beth will include experts across the globe as part of the overall social media marketing and promotion strategy to capture worldwide interest. Professionals in both industries are anxious to invite crossover between the two beverages and we can anticipate support from beer and cider experts alike, as well as leveraging wine experts who are already invested in the similarities between wine and cider. Plus, since virtually all hard cider is naturally gluten-free, Celiac and other GF organizations are likely to promote fun and fresh alternatives to their audiences.
