Elizabeth R. DeSombre is Frost Associate Professor of Environmental Studies and Associate Professor of Political Science at Wellesley College. She is the author of the award-winning Domestic Sources of International Environmental Policy: Industry, Environmentalists, and U.S. Power (MIT Press, 2000) and other books.
