Born in 1993 in Itara, South Kivu (DR Congo),MOÏSE CIRIMWAMI BYENDA is a graduate of the Literary Section, with a degree in Latin philosophy. He has a degree in economic and social law from the Official University of Bukavu (UOB). He is a researcher in law and a member of NGOs (USAFI-RDC and IREDI).
