Nutritional and economic model of the school lunchbox in Guayaquil - In light of the eating habits of Guayaquil's households, it solves with examples a new nutritional model.

The new food model desires a differentiated food treatment due to its obesity. It is a series of dishes that can be well prepared due to the characteristics of cereals and berries that the city contains in its nomenclature of food intake such as barley and the use of grapefruit as a citrus, the consumption of grapes, blackberries and strawberries with low power in carbohydrates and presence of sulfur within its structure. Guayaquil also has within reach of fish, but when frying it captures a lot of fat and thus assimilates adipose tissue that is avoided by balancing the food.
