The new food model desires a differentiated food treatment due to its obesity. It is a series of dishes that can be well prepared due to the characteristics of cereals and berries that the city contains in its nomenclature of food intake such as barley and the use of grapefruit as a citrus, the consumption of grapes, blackberries and strawberries with low power in carbohydrates and presence of sulfur within its structure.
