Education has been affected by multiple factors that in one way or another have influenced the development of the teaching-learning process. The use of technological tools has marked the digital era of the new millennium; however, it requires important elements such as training, availability of technological equipment, internet connectivity, electricity, as well as platforms and applications to develop teaching activities in line with modern times. The research included 5 scientific articles published between 2015 and 2022, related to technological modernization in education and then, a comparative table was built presenting the most relevant aspects in relation to objectives. It is concluded that technological modernization, both in education and in everyday life are related to ICT, therefore, this context is still transcendental for society and the accelerated evolution of man in his environment, strengthening the construction of knowledge for life.
