About the author

Rick Nolan is an individual who has felt the call to encourage and edify the world around him since his late teens. His decades of life-experience, coupled with his thirst for spiritual truth and fulfilment have led him to prepare this work.
The writings in this volume started out as daily encouragements for his three children. From there, through a 12-step recovery program, he began to share his work with others – sending these writings to over 100 people each day, individually.
His years of studying a variety of spiritual writings and of authors, have provided the basis for this work – the first installment of three books.
He lives in south central Alabama, with his three grown children and young granddaughter.
