Animal Health and Health for All - Feeding, weight gain of broiler chickens, family poultry farming and poverty alleviation in Central Kasai

The Kanangese poultry farming of broilers is a little neglected by many people in the city of Kananga, so the latter put at their disposal cull hens on the market after their productive cycle, as long as the quality of the meat is not tender, appreciable by consumers and households do not give priority to family poultry farming which is a source of income and protein for vulnerable households in case they do not have sufficient purchasing power to cope with the prices of food on the market.
