An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is coordinated software including all the functional departments of the enterprise. ERP is simply software but difference is in the extent of utilization zone. Generally, it should discover modules like finance, accounts, purchase, sales, marketing, planning, execution, human resource & contracting in an ERP.
