The security issues in Africa are a combination of several factors. The plight of insurrection in Senegal's Casamance area, the instability in Guinea, and numerous West African countries, for example, the Boko Haram attacks in Northeast Nigeria and the South-south agitation in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria. Worrisome is the Tuareg upheavals of Sahel parts of Africa of Niger and Mali, indeed Africa is a continent with embattled life. Thus, the concept of law as identity is a tool that will ameliorate the security issues in Africa, recreating the coexistence of its diversity.
