Combined Pecan Walnut and Cattle Production - In the town of La Criolla, department of Concordia, Entre Ríos

An investment project is analyzed on a rural establishment, which produces cattle and pecan nut in a combined way. This is located in the town of La Criolla, department of Concordia, Entre Ríos, Argentina. This project determines the amount necessary to carry out this activity, analyzes the technical feasibility, socio-environmental and economic viability. The economic returns are also studied by means of a cash flow analysis. Finally, a pessimistic and optimistic future scenario is analyzed to evaluate its behavior under the change of important variables such as sales revenues and others.
