Assessing the demand for human resource managers' labour in the Republic of Kazakhstan - DE

This article discusses the main problems of HR management development in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It also reveals the peculiarities of HR manager's work activities depending on the regions of the country. Also for comparison, some statistical data on HR management development in the Russian Federation is given. Finally, the prospects for the development of the labour market for HR managers in the Republic of Kazakhstan are explained.

I have two higher educations, namely, a Bachelor of Humanities with a specialization in interpreter-referent and a Master of Economics with a specialization in HR-manager.
