The arrival of the pandemic has caused upheaval all over the world, which has forced us to confine ourselves in order to avoid the spread of the virus. We have opted for a way of working which is telecommuting in which we work outside the premises either at home, at the café, at the library.... However, not all activities can be done remotely. Face-to-face interaction is replaced by the virtual thanks to technologies. It breaks with the traditional organization with benefits for both stakeholders. It offers actors the possibility to benefit from more flexible schedules but it involves risks (psychosocial, isolation, decrease in motivation). Some consider it a positive quality in itself (the dream has become a reality) but it is not a total panacea. For it to be successful, it is useful to have a good sense of organization and not to let oneself be distracted while imposing oneself and especially to know how to separate professional and private life.
