DISCOVER A NEW WAY OF HEALING SHAME AND SELF-SABOTAGE

Award-winning strategic counsel and executive coach Kelly A. Connor leads us into the heart of shame, exploring the unseen wounds that motivate self-sabotage and self-harming behaviors. Working directly with clients - from entry-level to C-Suite - on four continents, Connor repeatedly noticed the main factor holding people back from healing, happiness and success was shame. So, inspired by one of the greatest novels ever written, she developed a new method of working with and loving people that focuses on elevating the energies surrounding unhealed wounds and shame while exposing how we individually and collectively may be harming - and not helping.

The Dulcinea Effect is for everyone who is grappling with shame, self-sabotage, or past trauma or abuse - and the people who love, coach or counsel them. It is a book of healing, love and hope. Dulcinea!
