Her creative work has appeared in Images Literary Magazine and she is in the process of finishing her YA Fiction novel about two sisters experiencing the ripple effect of mental illness. In her free time, Katie and her fiancé, Josh, love to explore the Denver-Boulder metro area and care for their two cats, Peanut and Mac.
