Rakhmetov Sattar Mukanovich - author of monographic works, editor of textbooks on the General and Special Part of Criminal Law, three times published Commentary on the Criminal Law of the RK. He is the compiler of 2 collections of decisions, normative resolutions of the Supreme Court and plenary sessions of the Supreme Court of the RK. Professor has published more than 130 works.
