The book completely deals with the enhancement of microwave frequency and output power using a device called Spin Torque Nano Oscillator [STNO]. We have theoretically modelled four STNOs such as: (i) STNO with current induced Oersted field, (ii) Perpendicular Polarizer [PP] STNO, (iii) Tilted Polarized [TP] STNO and (iv) Magneto Resistance [MR] based Tilted Polarizer STNO, that helps to generate high frequency as well as power. Each device is unique in a way such that it poses a solution for a particular problem. Especially, for frequency tunability the device modelled on STNO with current induced Oersted field is highly advisable.

Dr. Hariharan Bhoomeeswaran did UG in MKU & PG in Anna University. He pursued his research in SASTRA University. Thereafter, he worked as an (Online) Subject Matter Expert-Physics in a company for about 1 year. Author worked as an Assistant Professor for the past 2 years.
