The study emphasizes the drivers that underline the motivation, drives that are hardwired into the brain of a human being to make employees become motivated.The study also emphasizes the best practices for motivating employees, the nature and importance of employee motivation because the study of on motivation assist to understand the variance in performance, the significance of motivating employees by increasing productivity when employees are continuously motivated from outside or within, they tend to show passion in their work and perform better. The study concluded that changing the current Senior management style is required to greatly enhance employee's ability to perform their jobs with greater efficiency and cost effective. Changing the current management style will put human resources into action, improve level of efficiency motivate employee's behavior empower employees and also inspire creativity.
