This is the story of Razzle Dazzle - a racehorse who has never won a race. Her lifelong dream has always been to win one. With the help of her best friend, Buttercup the bird, they try to come up with a zany training plan for Razzle Dazzle to win. With several missteps along the way, it all comes together with Razzle Dazzle's wacky idea to win!
About the author
Catherine Valente is a poet, writer, and author. She grew up in Montreal, Quebec, and now lives in Ottawa, Ontario with her husband, Ryan. Catherine is extremely proud and excited to share her new Children's book, Razzle Dazzle Wins the Race. She loved the feeling this book gave her, wanting to deliver a story to make children laugh.Catherine is constantly exploring new themes, genres and ideas. It's hard work, but she is never happier than when she sits down at her desk putting the opening words to a new poem or book on paper. Growing up, she loved reading any book with Winnie the Pooh. Her dream has always been to have a children's book published. Realizing that the wait would take longer than she hoped, she decided to become an indie author. Razzle Dazzle Wins the Race is her first children's picture book.
