Design of a business model with an open innovation approach - Open innovation at the Artex Villa Clara Branch Office

The research was carried out at the Artex branch in Villa Clara. The study was designed with the objective of proposing a business model with an open innovation approach in the branch. The essential results of the study are the design and validation of the business model with an open innovation approach using the user criteria method.
