About the author

Agatha Tofte has lived in Waukesha, WI for over twenty years and loves the historic city. She attended Waukesha County Technical College, as well as UW-Stout, and graduated with a BA in hospitality. For the past seven years, Agatha has worked at her family's local downtown Waukesha restaurants, The Steaming Cup and Tofte's Table, and enjoys talking with guests who visit regularly. When not working and exploring Waukesha (with Java Jo, of course!), she enjoys playing guitar, singing, and spending time with her family. Agatha wanted to write a book to show off the city she grew up in, and share it with her community! This is her first children's book.
