Duties and rights for the use of information and Communication professionals in Congo-Brazzaville

This work is an exegesis of the texts governing the information and communication professions (journalist, organizational communicator, documentalist, librarian, archivist) in Congo and abroad. It has a double ambition: to identify and analyze national texts, on the one hand, and to convene those of an international nature to fill the gaps in national legislation, on the other. It also defines and specifies the duties and rights of practitioners.
