The study on gross anatomical aspects of the limb joints of 1-1½ year old buffalo calves was carried out on 15 calves procured from areas in and around Tirupati. In fore limb artc. humeri, artc. cubiti, artc. radioulnaris, artc. carpi (artc. antebrachiocarpea, artc. mediocarpea, artc. intercarpea, artc. ossis carpi accessorii and artc. carpometacarpea), artc. intermetacarpea , artc. metacarpophalangeales, artc. interphalangeae proximales, artc. interphalangeae distales manus were depicted with beatiful photographs.In hind limb articulatio sacroiliaca, sym. pelvina, artc. coxae, artc. genus(artc. femorotibialis and artc. femoropatellaris), artc. tarsi (artc. tarsocruralis, artc. intertarsea proximalis, artc. intertarsea distalis and the artc. tarsometatarsea), artc. intermetatarsea, artcc. metatrsophalangeae, artc. interphalangeae pedis proximalis and artc. interphalangeae pedis distalis were described in detai with beautiful photographs.
