He was most recently a global executive in digital technology, with over 30 years of experience across multiple industries, including S&P 100 and Fortune 500 companies.Daniel earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the University of Manchester, U.K. His 5-year doctorate research in organizational leadership focused on leadership in turbulent times. He received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Queen's University, Canada. He is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (FCPA, FCMA).He holds certifications in the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching® and the Hogan Assessments®, a global science-based personality assessment with a high level of predictive validity.Daniel is a Member of the Board of Directors at American Express Bank of Canada and Chair of the Board's Conduct Review Committee.
