The Electric vehicle (EV) has the advantages of zero direct emissions and high electrical energy conversion efficiency. However, EV charging facilities remain largely scarce due to the high investment and operation costs. In order to improve the penetration rate of EV charging facilities, the system control and economic operation optimization of EV charging stations (EVCS) are studied in this book.
