About the author










I love fitness. I believe fitness is a gateway into a much better life. I own Maxwell's Fitness Programs, a personal training business in Port Orange Florida. With this business I have a personal training studio and I have been in business for 28 years. I have a bachelor's degree In psychology and master's degree in exercise physiology. I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Personal Trainer and by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have competed in amateur bodybuilding competitions including master's bodybuilding. I have completed hundreds of triathlons and five marathons. I love all aspects of physical fitness and love imparting what I've learned over the many years in this field to help others on their journey to physical fitness and wellbeing.
