The problem of the kuluna phenomenon in the DRC: the case of the city of Matadi

Let us point out that the kuluna phenomenon in the DRC is one of the most harmful forms of violence today, challenging the valuable state mission of securing the population and its property.Hence the importance of conducting a study to identify the real obstacles to the effective eradication of this scourge.Thus, under the vigilance mode, this study has identified the real factors and causes of the kuluna phenomenon, to which certain solutions have been proposed for a good security governance of the city of Matadi.
