Traffic accidents have become a pandemic due to the number of road accidents that we see every day in the streets and avenues of our cities, that is why it is important to know safe driving techniques in order to become aware that when we put our hands on the wheel we must do it responsibly. In this manual, we want to give the tools and knowledge so that every pedestrian, driver, passenger, road user in general, understands that deaths and injuries caused by traffic accidents can be prevented and predicted to a great extent; that many of these unfortunate events are common driving errors that the common behavior of pedestrians and drivers should not cause serious injuries or deaths. Therefore, we must work in the sense of interpreting traffic as part of the culture of responsible and respectful coexistence and favor the development of citizens capable of optimizing the quality of life in the community. The purpose of this manual is to train the citizen in traffic, whether he/she is a car driver, cyclist, motorcyclist, pedestrian or simply a user.
