About the author










David Lewin is the Neil H. Jacoby Professor Emeritus of Management, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson School of Management, USA. Professor Lewin is the author of many published works on industrial relations and human resource management. He is also a Fellow and member of the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation.
Paul J. Gollan is a Senior Professor of Management in the Faculty of Business, University of Wollongong, Australia. He is also Academic Director of the Executive MBA Program at Sydney Business School, UOW. He has published extensively in the fields of management, human resources and industrial relations. Professor Gollan is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK), and Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
