The rules are easy-peasy:

Players will take turns to be the "judge" and read the questions aloud to the group. The youngest of the group gets to be the first judge, followed by the second youngest, up to the oldest.

Once all the rounds are completed, the players tally their points. Whoever gets the most points gets crowned as the Leader of Laughter!
