Bolivia is one of those complex ethnic and linguistic socio-cultural realities of the Latin American continent and, nevertheless, there is still much to be done for the recognition of the country's diversity, since, in spite of the existence of a vast bibliography of studies referring to the Andean area, it has not yet exhausted research topics. Moreover, it can be seen that in the knowledge of the Andean, there have been serious omissions, the proof is in the little information on the Afro-Bolivian reality in the country. From the above, it can be seen that Bolivian society is now forced by the facts to revise its vision of society and to unveil the mirage of a supposedly homogeneous nation, to find itself with a reality of the country that explicitly and implicitly expresses the diversity of the new Bolivian State.
