Le nouveau règlement d'arbitrage de la CCI fait suite à une conférence organisée par le CEPANI (Centre belge d'arbitrage et de médiation) et ICC Belgique (le Comité national belge d'ICC) en vue de présenter le nouveau règlement d'arbitrage de la CCI. Il aborde les principales modifications apportées lors de la dixième révision du règlement d'arbitrage de la CCI. Cinq contributions écrites par des experts dans ce domaine offrent aux praticiens belges un large aperçu des modifications apportées et de leur application spécifique à des arbitrages conduits sous ce règlement. L'ouvrage contient également le règlement d'arbitrage en français, en anglais et en une traduction en néerlandais.
This book brings together the contributions to a conference organized by CEPANI (the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation) and ICC Belgium (the Belgian National Committee of ICC) on the new ICC Rules of Arbitration. It explains the main changes made to the ICC Rules of Arbitration through their tenth revision. In five contributions by experts in the field, this book offers practitioners in Belgium the first comprehensive overview of the changes made and of their specific application to arbitrations conducted under thèse Rules. The book also contains the text of the Rules of Arbitration in English and French, and in a Dutch translation.
Het nieuwe ICC arbitragereglement

Het nieuwe ICC arbitragereglement bundelt de bijdragen aan een conferentie georganiseerd door CEPANI (het Belgisch Centrum voor Arbitrage en Medatie) en ICC België (het Belgisch Nationaal Comité van ICC). Het geeft tekst en uitleg bij de voornaamste wijzigingen naar aanleiding van de tiende herziening van het ICC arbitragereglement. Aan de hand van vijf bijdragen door experten in het domein biedt het boek de Belgische beoefenaars voor het eerst een uitgebreid overzicht van de verschillende wijzigingen en van hun specifieke toepassing in arbitrages onder dit reglement. Het boek bevat eveneens de tekst van het arbitragereglement in het Frans, in het Engels en in een Nederlandse vertaling.
