Hygiene, Health and Safety at work in D.R.Congo - Compendium of legal and regulatory texts in force on June 15, 2020

The field of Occupational Health and Safety receives very little attention in the professional sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Even if we must admit that there is currently an awareness of the issue, it should be noted that professionals in this sector are not very well informed about the legislation that governs this sector.It is this gap that has motivated us to do this work, to put in the same place the legal and regulatory texts, which can serve as a guide to health and safety officers in the exercise of their daily work.

About the author

Lawyer and Human Resources professional, Pierrot N'SANDA graduated from the Catholic University of Bukavu in Public Law. Consultant and trainer in labor law, human resources, health and safety at work, he has held several trainings and conferences in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
