One of the factors that hinders development in both Indonesia and many other countries is the problem of narcotics and Terrorism. This paper purposes to analyze the impact of the use and trafficking of narcotics in Indonesia and law enforcement on narcotics crimes in Indonesia. The method used is Socio-Juridical using a statutory approach, case approach, and criminology. The data used are primary and secondary data through interviews, literature study and document study. All data collected were then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the direct impact of drugs and terrorism on the human psyche/mental is causing mental depression, serious mental disorders/psychotic, causing suicide, and causing crime, violence and destruction.
