Of interest to parents and coaches - Selection of chess lectures for trainers, given in the AJEDUNI Postgraduate Courses of ISLA.

Twenty-two years have passed since the Instituto Superior de Ajedrez (ISLA), in Havana, began to organize the AJEDUNI International Postgraduate Course, an academic space where Cuban professionals linked to the faculty of the Institute, gave each year a series of lectures on various subjects related to chess training.For almost 10 years the author shared the organization of the international postgraduate course with specialists from the ISLA management, and to this day he keeps the files of those conferences. This first volume that we now present gathers a small part of those valuable materials, which have not lost their validity for trainers, teachers, psychologists, organizers and technicians who work professionally in chess.
