The present study aims to assess the quality of water from some wells used as watering poultry in poultry farms. Our study was conducted on water samples from different poultry farms in the regions of (Meknes, El hajeb, Khemisset, Sidi Kacem, Sidi Slimane) in Morocco. A total of 24 water samples were taken from 24 wells that could have an impact on the health and production of poultry. The physico-chemical quality was determined by analyzing the total hardness, Nitrates, Nitrites, Chlorides, Iron, free and tolal chlorides, salinity, temperature and pH. While the bacteriological quality is based on bacteriological parameters (total aerobic mesophilic flora, total coliforms, fecal coliforms, fecal steptococci, staphylococci aureus and sulfite-reducing anaerobes.
