Wang Jun holds doctorate in economics and post-doctorate in finance and, has been the chief of the Central Policy Research Office, the director of Information Department, China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE), a member of CCIEE Academic Committee, a consultant expert for National Development and Reform Commission and China Development Bank, a part-time professor at the Central University of Finance and Economics, a researcher in Zhejiang Qiushi Economics and Management Science Research Institute, a columnist for the Xinhua News Agency,
China Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities News, Outlook Weekly, Caijing and many of other media, a commentator for China National Radio and China Radio International and the winner of 2013 Top Ten Beijing News "Chinese Youth Economist" Award. He has mainly engaged in economic theory and policy research, policy advice and development planning research-related works.
